Who run the world?

Beyonce released Run The World (Girls) in 2011.

When a woman helps another woman, the community benefits. They give other women hope.

By collaborating and networking, women have shown that they can change the equation.

There is power in the pack, by this, you realize your strength makes the table better. Women who have understood what Networking is, and also got the fact that the word “work” in it makes it clear that hard work is required. To be able to support others, you must first put yourself in the environment that gives you an opportunity to meet with peers and get to know each other and share experiences- it could be the game-changer.

We need more women to succeed. We need more women to be financially independent. We need more women making impacts. We need more women shattering tables.

When we talk about game-changers, popular Nigerian celebrity blogger Linda Ikeji is one person who has distinguished herself in grooming young ladies to be independent women. She is indeed a game-changer.

Build other women up!

If your fellow woman is doing a great job, give them credits, recommend them to others who might need their services. Tara Fela Durotoye has also stood out to be a mentor to quite a number of young women, starting from Tara beauty products range to hosting business webinars and currently, she is part of a movement called “Fearless gang” convened by Stephanie Obi to teach women and girls to shun fear and face life with boldness and succeed.

TARA FELA-DUROTOYE.

Learn to build your squad- people you can go to for advice, pick you up when you need a boost, come up with ideas that could help you a great deal. Note that your squad is so important for your career and well being, not only do you support each other, but also act as a connector to people and opportunities. I can’t fail to mention the Fantastic Squad made up of Nollywood Screen Divas, Omoni Oboli, Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha, Uche Jumbo Rodriguez and Ufuoma McDermott. These women have bonded so closely that they encourage and support one another project. they succeed together and also help others to grow.

FANTASTIC SQUAD.

It’s amazing to be part of a group of women who want you to be your very best and actively help you to succeed.

We are better together!

There is a special place in heaven for women who supports other women. Be that kind of woman who makes other women want to up their game.
